Great brisket at a great price

A great cut of meat and the prime grade is as good as I get from online vendors that specialize in BBQ comp cuts

Really good. Cut a beef, made a really good brisket. I would show pictures but Nothing was left sorry

I think it would be better if the club members could pick the brisket them selves instead of sight unseen.

This brisket was the best one I've cooked. Great flavor from the fat content and was the best price around the area. Absolutely will buy another one.

This brisket was awesome. I cooked it in the oven and it ended up feeding it to family in over five meals. Money well spent.

Overall the cook turned out great. The cut was very poor. Lots of extra cuts in the flat. (Butcher mess-ups).

The pack I received has at least 50% fat. I am so disappointed with the quality. Won't buy again. Just waste of money.

This brisket was marbled very well and it turned out juicy and tender. The price was good and the meat was delicious.
