Member's Mark USDA Prime Angus Beef Boneless Whole Brisket, Vacuum Pack, priced per pound

The closing these are prime cuts, but the last 2 I bought had over 4½ lbs of pure fat. Layers of it were close to an inch thick. I know there's going to be fat, but spending a good bit over $20 for nothing but unusable fat makes these a true waste of money.

Definitely NOT PRIME!
I’ve BBQed for over 60 years, I know meat, have processed beef, pork, chicken. 
BBQed the two so called prime briskets 11 - 12 hours, horrible - dry, tough.
No marbling. Whoever graded these as prime, I surely don’t know what they were looking at. I was concerned when I took them out of their packaging, major fat cap, no interior marbling.
At best Select. Will not purchase again,

We smoked this brisket for Christmas dinner. It was so delicious. With the cost of beef beef at this time, we thought brisket was going to be a no go. Sam’s was the best price we found anywhere and we did not regret this purchase.
