About 16 pieces were warped. 2 chipped. Not assembled in 5 hrs but decent instructions. Was still a good value considering the price of lumber.

1 year, I have grills I bought from the dollar tree, that last longer then this pergola. Right now I'm figuring how to paint and repair this junk, or dissambleing and trashing it.

We bought this size because it was perfect for our backyard space. My husband did modify it to give it more height, it worked out perfect with the poles being hollow so he was also able to add more support at the bottom. We are still working on it. It was an excellent buy for sure!

We bought this a month ago and it has been the perfect addition to our patio! It adds so much character and a cozy feel to our patio. Very easy for my husband and I to put together with the easy to follow instructions. We love the power port, it makes it so easy to put decorative lights on the pergola. It is a beautiful modern design with dark walnut stain.

Purchased this to go over a BBQ island. Assembly was easy using the app and written instructions. Spent more time treating the wood before assembly. Two coats of sealer on every piece. Easier to do it before assembly. Had issues with some pieces warped or splinted. Called and received new pieces within a week. Customer service is outstanding. All said and done this is great looking pergola.

My husband bought this pergola as an impulse purchase. Usually, that is a bad thing. Proving even a broken clock is right 2 times a day, he could not have gotten this purchase more right. The modern look is exactly what I would have chosen over others that are too ornate and busy. The wood version looks like it should much more expensive than it was. I'm very happy!

We ordered this pergola to go pool side. It is the perfect addition to our backyard oasis. It provides a bit of shade and cozy feeling over some of our chaise lounge chairs. It took two adults (but one can really do it) just 2 hours to assemble. The electrical outlets and really convenient, really like this feature.

I bought this to put over a hot tub and the dimensions were perfect. Easy to put together. All the parts were well labeled and directions easy to follow. Took about 4 hrs, my wife and me. The cedar color was neutral and easy to match with existing furniture.

I was able to keep everything I had on my patio which was actually a lot. I love the wood color and the way the ceiling looks. I actually put this together myself and it was the very first thing that came out right the first time around. Usually I manage to put something together wrong but the instructions were very easy to follow.

It looks beautiful, it helps provide relief from the intense heat and unlike 3 previous cheap metal pergolas from other companies, this one is solid and can withstand powerful Texas severe storms. I love the added feature of having a built in outlets and charging ports for my devices. It's so convenient. Only drawback is that the color was a little darker than expected but otherwise it looks great and I definitely recommend it.
