Bought in club to avoid possible damage with shipping, however upon arriving home and opening the box (which was pristine) there was still damage to the front of the mantle.  Due to the size and weight of item, we decided to just keep it rather than try to return it.  Otherwise, great fireplace.  Simulated fire looks real, lots of options to customize it.  Bluetooth feature works but can be quirky.  Remote control provided does the trick and is handy.

Damaged from club

We ordered the dark brown. It came on time with no damage. It’s very heavy!  Instructions were there if needed. Nothing missing. Very pleased with the color. The remote is a nice touch with flame color options as well as temperature. If there’s a recommendation to improve it would be some type of  cover to hide the middle heater light. Otherwise, we are enjoying the romance and heat it brings to our living room. The perfect finished touch for sitting and enjoying the flickering flame with a hot drink.
