Still waiting on this to be delivered. Per Sam's website under my account history it reflects that it has been delivered which is completely FALSE. Not getting anywhere with SAM's of Maersk

Beautiful fireplace im thrilled

Very happy with this fireplace and very warm in my den area .Have gotten many compliments on it. My parents also have this fireplace and recommended Sams club . All of my other 3 fireplaces were purchased at Lowes.

Cleaning

Great piece of furniture, fireplace works great. The front panel and the metal screen and made together and do not disconnect…so how the heck do you clean the faux wood and coals if you can’t get to them?

Broken

Got it to my house its cracked in many spots. A friend helped me and now I can't get help to take it back to the store. Nobody online or in store will do anything. Its a hassle and I wouldn't recommend having to go through what I did!

Shipped damaged and Sams will not respond emails

The fireplace was shipped damaged. The damage is in the back, and the item is super heavy so I decided to keep it. However, Sams club will not respond to the emails and take responsibility for shipping damaged items.

QUALITY!

I am so impressed and love this fireplace TV console! It comes in one piece.. no putting it together! It is very heavy, better looking than in pictures. The heat coming from fireplace heats my apartment! So happy with this purchase!
