We love the fireplace however, we cannot get the bluetooth to work so we can control with our phone. Does this require an app? Who can we contact for help with this issue?

Excellent quality product, could not be more pleased. Read a few reviews that said item came broken but this one was perfect. Very heavy and is best to have two people to move around or a Furniture dolly.

Really well built with nice finish. Shipping box was a little beat up but the unit was so well packed it was no problem. Glad I had tractor with forks to get it in door. Heavy build over 200 lbs.

This is a very beautiful piece of furniture. But it does not heat up at all. It only goes up to 82° and I can leave on all day and night. Very disappointing. Hoping I can return it or exchange it. If you’re looking for heat do not purchase this unit

Love that is fully assembled! Had one minor crack in the trim on one side but too difficult to send back, so I'll deal with it. Beautiful addition to my living room!!

Proper packaging, delivery was smoothly.Item came intact. Love the material!It looks very fancy.Wish I could share a picture. Missing the inside shelves. The brown color is a very dark brown but elegant.I still can’t figure out how to connect the Bluetooth.The heating is enough for a small living room (15 x15)
