I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... So with that being said the ideas of things to make are endless with any of your flavor. So go out and enjoy Ensure!

So I thought I would try some since I am so thin and only eat tv dinners since Ron was the cook for 11 years. I look terrible since I was thin to begin with. I went to the doctor to ask for B12 shots. They were very expensive and my insurance company will not pay for the shots. I will be 77 years old in a few months. So they gave me some samples of Ensure and Boost. I liked the taste, I thought it was going to taste like medicine. I was pleasantly surprised so I bought some.

I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. He wants to try the newest one you have come out with. Because of the radiation 12yrs ago he has now been losing all of his teeth.
