My Mom absolutely loves this. It provides the vitamins she needs since she no longer can swallow pills. She loves the chocolate flavor. Glad Sam's chose to restock this item.

Buy for Brother who is in Assisted living. Like that can order online and have delivered to our door, but do wish our local Sam's could start carrying the chocolate again too.

This product is great for the price but I sure hope they could stock Ensure Plus or Ensure high protein

I use this in my feeding tube as my "dessert". I needed additional calories and this provides that little extra. Also, if i have an over full reflux, it tastes good.

Excellent meal replacement filled with vitamins and other nutrients in a delicious-tasting drink. I like room temperature; however, Ensure is also excellent chilled.

Well I never thought I’d get here but it’s happened. I did not feel like I was getting the right kind of nourishment from my food so I ordered Ensure and so far it doesn’t disappoint. I have an Ensure with my morning coffee and it is tasty and satisfying and seems to give me a shot of energy that gets me up and moving. I’m sold on the product and hopefully it is a permanent part of my daily diet.

I am not happy that I have to order chocolate ensure on line as they never have chocolate in the club.

Could not buy Boost from Sam's so I bought Ensure instead, discovered there is less than half the protein in Ensure and to me the taste is not near as good as Boost.

Ensure Original is what's available but NOT our top choice (9 gr protein) and 2nd favorite taste and the price has gone up more than other things we can choose not to buy. We like the Boost High Protein Chocolate 30 gr protein and great taste (no longer available at Sam's). Members Mark Premier - has best specs: 30 gr protein, low sugars - Our Least favorite taste. My spouse for whom 3 per day are prescribed will not even start one again.

I sent you a response to the shipment conditions of this product showing the one box completely cut open with 3 missing bottles. You never responded to my concerns which makes me leery of reordering. I was not physically able to return the case back to you due to illness and transportation. I was disappointed that you did not reply.
