I am a two time cancer survivor and also have osteoarthritis. I feel great, however, and do believe that drinking Ensure has contributed to my overall well-being.

A 30 min workout a day and drink an ensure twice a day, we toned our bodies and my husband gained a decent amount of muscle weight. I would recommend this for anyone.

The treatment is head and neck so it makes your mouth very sore with sores in my mouth the only thing I can drink other than water is Ensure. I am bot able to eat any solid food.
