Our doctor recommended Ensure as a supplement and we've been hooked every since. We stopped drinking coffee and replaced it with Ensure. Its like drinking a chocolate milk shake. Not to mention the vitamins and minerals and proteins. Sometimes we put it in the freezer and let it get almost frozen and drink it. Before I know it Im getting a second bottle. The older I become-putting on weight became very problematic, and posed health risks. In addition I get stomach upset from taking the handfuls of vitamins that were recommended to me. I tried the cheaper store brand, but they tasted horrible and had a left behind a chalky taste. Since taking Ensure I noticed a big difference in my energy level & my overall Health & well-being. I Highly Recommend Ensure to people who suffer from poor nutrition, & decreased energy. There are many flavors to choose from, one for every taste. I can’t say enough about the benifits of using this product. Even my dogs are much happier, now that I have to energy to take them for long walks!!

When I'm really not hungry, or I'm really busy and not eating, and getting in the nutrients, vitamins, and daily serving of protein, I keep several packs in my pantry and another in my fridge! The Butter Pecan nice and cold is like a drinkable dessert! I can't wait to get my hands on the Banana Nut flavor!! The only complaint I have is that the Butter Pecan, as well as the Banana Nut, are difficult to find:( Come on suppliers get these flavors in more of our "go to" stores; it'll benefit us both;)

Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.
