We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure. Our family has tried every other nutrition shake on the market and they can not even begin to compare in taste, consistency and over all quality. Most other nutrition shakes leave the after taste of the vitamins etc Ensure is decadent, indulgent and tastes just like a real shake SHOULD! Please don't change a thing! Love the taste of this product, and the fact that it has less sugar than some other brands. Dark Chocolate is my favorite, but Vanilla and Milk Chocolate are really yummy too.
