When I left they had recommended Ensure for me. Ever since then I have been drinking Ensure. I love the taste and its good for me. Its a great way for me to get the extra protein and calories I need without feeling guilty about it.

This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.

I don't have the time to fix something so I know that I will get a nutritious "meal." One bottle does the trick, I feel full and I don't want to snack later. That's important to me. I don't want to gain unwanted pounds. I particularly like the chocolate, but they are all delicious. Right now, I have chocolate and strawberry in my refrigerator. I just reach in - Grab & Go. I suppose I'm too rushed to make a decision but I know Ensure has my back!

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!

They are so delicious and nutritional. I have a hard time maintaining weight sometimes and these help me feel healthy and energized. I know I will continue to drink these and enjoy them just the same when I turn into an old lady! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.

I find that it is a little rich for me so my son suggested I try Strawberry, which is what he drinks. I like it just fine. I would recommend Original Ensure for its taste. Have tried other Ensure but did not like them.
