Ensure is calming to my stomach and allows me to drink early then work out immediately after drinking without issues other products have caused me. I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

My mother had some in the fridge and I tried vanilla . I felt amazing all day . Sometimes I don’t get to eat breakfast, but I’ll drink a Ensure and it will hold me over . Not to mention it has all the vitamins and minerals that support health immune system and just makes you feel great . I love Butter Pecan it’s my favorite.
