It gives me the energy I need to get started and help the person I live with get dressed, Once downstairs, I have the energy to cook a full breakfast for both of us , get the newspaper and water the plants outside. I am 82 years old and my younger friends are amazed at how much I can accomplish.. Without Ensure, I'd be another old lady feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for making my life so much better.

I think his favorite flavor is butter pecan. I feel good about giving him Ensure because he is getting some nutrition that he otherwise would not get. He likes it at room temperature, which I find interesting. Myself, I prefer it chilled. I would say my favorite is also butter pecan. It makes a good between meals snack as well a drink to go with meals. I am my husband's 24/7 caregiver and I feel it helps keep me strong and healthy. My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. For one, it is a valuable ally in my fight to better health ever since I discovered that I have Neurally Mediated Synocope. Therefore, it is critical that I take in a full set of vitamins and minerals, a goal that Ensure has contionously aided in. Also, I greatly appreciate the taste of Ensure Milk Chocolate since it helps me feel as though I am enjoying drinking this supplement and not ingesting something unsavory. In short, the balance that Ensure has between being good for me and not tasting rancid is laudible in my estimation.
