Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.

It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my mum has been drinking ensure life for a few years, it has a very natural vanilla flavour and is a better supplement than fresh milk providing practically more vitamins than even some multivitamin. My mum who now has slight memory lost and is bed ridden is depending on Ensure to boost her energy and as a in between meal supplement. Shes 91 n love the taste n flavour We are relying totally on ensure to bring back her energy as she was recently discharged frm hospital and as always in the past, ensure has helped to strenghten her back .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this product myself and then I found out my 76 yo gent neighbor could not keep food down and lost down to 140. So, I got a couple packs of this and took it over. He was not eager to try but his wife got him started and lo and behold he could keep it down! I Got him a couple more packs and he continues, that was in March 2015. He is doing fine. Out mowing a lot He did have to give up his beautiful horses while he was sick. I keep some on hand and in the car I take to Columbus.

I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting.....
