I have cancer and eat very little, this seem to help me a lot, recently was in hospital for a week and on the first day I told them about Ensure and that I usually had it at breakfast and from that time they secured it and gave it to me three times a day. I love the taste also.

I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... It has a little bit less sugar than ensure plus and really gives me strength, energy, and extra vitamins, minerals, and protein. I feel really good about this product as a supplement and have been using it for years. I find that it is a little rich for me so my son suggested I try Strawberry, which is what he drinks. I like it just fine. I would recommend Original Ensure for its taste. Have tried other Ensure but did not like them.
