One day he told our daughter a health professional said they were good for him and he should be allowed eight! She didn't believe him.

Now, been drinking it to give me energy and gain weight. Although I see that I should be drinking the Ensure Plus, which hope to purchase soon!! Have tried the flavors of vanilla; chocolate and strawberry- but my favorite is the vanilla, even though I'm a chocolate fan. I recommend Ensure to those that need the extra nutrients mainly the protein!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started on Ensure due to an intestinal challenge that occurred sporadically. I found the Butter Pecan flavor to be the one for me. I keep them in the refrigerator and place one in the freezer 2 1/2 hours prior to use. I stir at 2 hrs. Then I developed a loss of appetite and really had to depend on Ensure and supplements and for a long time I had two a day. I now have mostly one a day - Winter and Summer I find one very refreshing and very filling. It has definitely been a life-saver for me. Thanks.

Without Ensure he could not have sufficient calories to survive. It is also thick enough that I do not have to add additional thickioner which he often dislikes. Thank you ensure for providing a safe drink for elderly individuals. He is not able to take the extra calorie due to the higher protein putting stress on his kidneys. Many of our older population have issues with high protein drinks and are not aware

I absolutely love Ensure, the taste and health benefits. I am 23 years old, and I drink it daily. I am very active (Firefighter) and I have a very fast metabolism. I've struggled to gain weight for years due to not always having an appetite, and/or because I burn more calories then I put in. I've been drinking Ensure for about ~4-5 months now, and I can definitely tell a huge difference in being able to gain weight.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home. My grandma loved this when she was still living and it helped her gain weight when she wouldn't eat. I highley recommend this product to anyone who needs help when they can't eat what they need.
