My son was in car accident and this drink kept him healthy as he healed. I drink it to keep vitamins in my system. I know that elderly population depend on this drink as a staple to their nutrition (as I worked in retirement home) Every age can benefit from this drink. It tastes so much better than cheaper versions.

So a family friend had purchased some for me and encourage me to drink them for meals replacements. I loved the vanilla and strawberry flavors. They were a great help to me and they still are especially when I'm on the go, just grab one out the fridge and go especially with this summer heat and for a quick shake pour in a glass and add a scope of ice cream.
