I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure. This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.
