I also drink Ensure when I get hungry and all other foods do not look appetizing. During my last stay in the hospital when I needed some nourishment before going to sleep, I asked for Ensure. Ensure was available in the hospital. It was satisfying and helped me go to sleep.

I drink an Ensure every morning with my vitamins. It keeps me energized until mid afternoon. Then I have a healthy lunch. Sometimes I will have an Ensure at night to ward off excessive eating and snacking. I have tried other supplements but they have a chalky taste, so I went back to Ensure. She prefers it over other protein drinks because it is less sweet, she enjoys the flavor and it is easily digestible. It gives her important protein and calories since she doesn't have much of an appetite and many foods no longer agree with her. She also enjoys the dark chocolate flavor which we sometimes have trouble finding.

I was given Ensure because I had lost so much weight and was completely incapacitated. After using this product I began to get stronger and able to do things again. It is easy on the stomach and has a great taste. I also use it as a meal replacement on days when I’m not feeling like eating. I use it in smoothies too!
