[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been drinking Ensure for many years. Please be apprised that my decision to drink Ensure was not a directive from a physician. I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. Every flavor (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, banana nut) that I have tried has been delicious to me. Not only is it a meal substitute, but it is energizing also. I feel so much stronger and alert after drinking Ensure. I am elated about Ensure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this product is usually for those who need to gain weight, but I have found that if I drink an Ensure when hungry, instead of eating junk food, I am "full" with healthy calories, not junk ones!

It sure would have been nice if the label told me there was caffeine in these, I am allergic and have had a terrible couple of days as a result. I had dental surgery and thought this was going to help as my meal replacement, instead, it made things much worse. If a person looks hard on the website they can find out it is in there, but it is not clearly labelled. thanks alot.

They are both very active but lack the "healthy" foods their bodies require. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last Fall I went for a doctor's visit because I was so tired all the time and just couldn't find anything to help me feel better. I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried Chocolate and Vanilla. Then, I finally tried Strawberry. Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.
