And since my eating schedule is not the best I still continue having at least 2 a day to make sure I get the vitamins I need daily.

Since drinking them they have been in better spirits and healthier than before. They love it cold because they say it taste like a milkshake, and who doesn't like healthy milkshakes.

I like the way Ensure Dark Chocolate has such a strong chocolate taste but is not overly sweet tasting. There is no "Vitamin" or "Cardboard" taste that a lot of supplements have. I feel like I am getting a nutritious supplement with the delicious taste of a shake!!!
