So, I have been drinking it every day for 21 years now and I absolutely LOVE the new Banana Nut flavor. I usually get the Strawberry & Butter Pecan flavors, but now that they've come out with the Banana Nut, I don't think I could ever get tired of it. I know I'm reviewing the original Ensure, but their Peach & Blueberry Pomegranate flavors of the Ensure Clear are also really good if you want a change sometimes.

I had a bad reaction after drinking Ensure. I took one from the fridge as I was running out for a work training because I was running late. I drank it and within minutes I broke out in hives and my eyes swelled up. This is the first time this has happened and definitely scared me.

Great product, for those who have hard time gaining weight. I drink at less 3times a day with each meal . They Even use in hospitals and nursing home for patients to help eat to pick weight if under weight. It cost depend on where you stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Wish I had a year supply of it.

I have only been drinking Ensure for a short time, but I can already tell that I feel better, and have more energy for the things that I enjoy. Not only does this Ensure drink makes me revitalized but also I feel and look good. At 70 years old, I give back to the community by teaching computer courses in a local college. The energy I get from Ensure is passed on to my a-lot-younger students.

A 30 min workout a day and drink an ensure twice a day, we toned our bodies and my husband gained a decent amount of muscle weight. I would recommend this for anyone.
