A 30 min workout a day and drink an ensure twice a day, we toned our bodies and my husband gained a decent amount of muscle weight. I would recommend this for anyone.

I have only been drinking Ensure for a short time, but I can already tell that I feel better, and have more energy for the things that I enjoy. So, I have been drinking it every day for 21 years now and I absolutely LOVE the new Banana Nut flavor. I usually get the Strawberry & Butter Pecan flavors, but now that they've come out with the Banana Nut, I don't think I could ever get tired of it. I know I'm reviewing the original Ensure, but their Peach & Blueberry Pomegranate flavors of the Ensure Clear are also really good if you want a change sometimes.
