A bit a dark chocolate in an otherwise tightly-controlled (medical) diet; approved by my doctor. Texture, size, and portion very good, and easily available from my local grocery in several flavors. My wife and I drink the Original version every day for lunch. It is satisfying and delicious. It also saves us a lot of money that we would be spending on lunch meat, etc. and it is more nutritious. Great product. By the way, to the person who is struggling to remove the cap, just unscrew the cap and it breaks the seal. No need o remove or break two seals.

My daughter arranged the Ensure in refrigerator in order that I could get it for myself. Because I could no longer see made me totally dependent on my family. But with the shape and convenient size it is easy to find. One thing I learned to do without calling someone for help. This is not much unless you are blind. I love the vanilla. Tried other favors keep coming back to vanilla. Reminds me of a vanilla milk shake. Very satisfying !

We have purchase as much as 3 cases a month of the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. When she was walking she would get it when she wanted to. Now she drinks it between meal at the nursing home. When she refuse to eat, she will drink the ensure. Great product.
