I found the Ensure provided the nutrition I needed without upsetting my stomach. As a bonus, I found that I had more energy as well. It is a great supplement to my everyday diet. I always have one for breakfast and then a light lunch. I've tried other flavours and they are all good, but I prefer vanilla.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried both Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Flavored Ensure Original products and I have found that the vanilla flavored one gives me stomach issues but the chocolate flavors is perfect. I use one bottle per day for weight management due to Chemo treatment, and I truly love the chocolate flavored kind. I have even added ice cream and crushed ice to it to make a milkshake for a different consistency and it is amazing. I would highly recommend trying Ensure products fir anyone with weight management issues.
