Vanilla is my favorite because it tastes real and is smooth not sandy it also has the protein that I need so that I can retain my muscle mass, and it contains all the nutritional value my body needs, I use it because I do not always eat the right foods that have enough protein. The product helps in both of those areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure is a main part of my diet. I drink 2 -3 bottles per day. I often put it in the freezer to thicken it and give it more of an "ice cream" consistency. There is no after-taste and I look forward to my drinks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ensure brand is the only nutritional brand I buy. I’m constantly going to Sams to buy a 24 pack. As soon as I’m out, I restock. Ensure has helped me gain 40 pounds in about 2-3 years. I was beyond underweight without a appetite. My only concern is how am I going to stop drinking this delicious nutritional drink!! :)

Excellent overall. Tasted like real dark chocolate and has added benefits. I prefer mine cold. Now there are two types ensure original and ensure plus. I prefer the original for me. slightly better taste and only 220 calories. Where as the plus is 350 cal. Ease to confuse.
