I greatly appreciate this product and I don’t know what I would do with out it.

She also drinks it when traveling when she has to take medication and don't want to take it on an empty stomach. This product is great for the elderly when appetites are waning.

However, I am concerned about my health and I find taking 2 ensures per day, one at 2 AM and the other 2 PM. Haven't seen a change yet as far as weight but this stuff taste great and does give you energy! I thought it would take my appetite away but actually makes me hungry. So i drink a shake with, before, OR after breakfast and dinner. I just found out they make Ensure Plus so I'm going to switch to Plus and hope to see a quicker change.
