I have always ate healthy but I did not always reach the recommendation for my age, height and weight. It helped to keep me balanced. I continued to drink Ensure when he was born because as many people know, it is a challenge being a single mother like myself and I will be honest, I did not have the chance to eat a well balanced meal and the Ensure helped me on those days. I remembered that my mother who was 97 passed My sister told me that they couldn't get mom to eat any until someone told her about ensure. Mom fell in love with it. She would drink it everyday. I followed her suggestion and it work for me. I still drink ensure when I feel hungry. My family told me I act like it's a milkshake. I don't think I would try to drink it with a big Mac and fries but, now when I know that I am trying too eat and my body turns against food thank God for my ensure.
