Since I can't eat solid foods for a while, he suggested I try these and they really work. I've been drinking one in the morning and I it keeps me from getting hungry from not eating anything.

I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. My doctor is glad that I use Ensure and I usually have 3 or 4 a day in addition to small meals. One of my brothers had cancer and Ensure was the only thing he would consume during his last few weeks. It's healthy as well as good tasting. I highly recommend it.
