[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic nausea issues for the last 10 years .When I first became ill I lost almost 20 lbs in 10 day because I couldn't keep solid food down at all, I could only drink liquids . I could feel how weak I was getting, I had to get nutrition in me so we tried Ensure and some baby food. I was able to hold that down most of the time and that slowed the weight lost greatly. I started to feel stronger after a few days of it ,I was drink 4 bottle a day. It's been my go to for the last decade when my nausea is bad and I just can't eat solid foods .I keep a mix of vanilla and chocolate on hand. The chocolate is kind of a desert replacement in the evenings just to get a change of pace in flavors .Can't say enough how this has helped me over the years.

This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.

When he was starting to swallow again and needed to put some weight on I gave him shakes. I used a bottle of Ensure, carnation instant breakfast, two tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 bannana and a dove ice cream bar. I don't have the time to fix something so I know that I will get a nutritious "meal." One bottle does the trick, I feel full and I don't want to snack later. That's important to me. I don't want to gain unwanted pounds. I particularly like the chocolate, but they are all delicious. Right now, I have chocolate and strawberry in my refrigerator. I just reach in - Grab & Go. I suppose I'm too rushed to make a decision but I know Ensure has my back!

Ensure taste good and kept me nourished. In 2014 my 90 year old Aunt was diagnosed with failure to thrive. She was under 100 pounds and ate like a bird. I asked her Dr. about giving her Ensure and he wrote a prescription for it so that I could get it at low cost to no cost. She began drinking it and liked it. she is now doing well and still drinking it. she enjoys the Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. Her weight has increased to 107 pounds. The Dr. is pleased.
