I had a bad reaction after drinking Ensure. I took one from the fridge as I was running out for a work training because I was running late. I drank it and within minutes I broke out in hives and my eyes swelled up. This is the first time this has happened and definitely scared me.

My 90 year young Mom drinks it everyday for it's nutritional value and to help her keep her weight on.
