Once I enrolled in college I decided that I was tired of being called Slim, Skinny, Anorexic, and the list goes on.... Then a friend told me about ensure, and how it helped him gain weight, and how he feels much healthier now. So I tried ensure and it really does work! I started to put on pounds within the first 2 weeks of taking it. My only downfall was that after a month or two I could no longer afford it and my weight started to decrease again. Hopefully I could win this sweepstakes and continue on my journey of becoming the fine young man that Ive always dream to be!!!

I have tried other products and they don't give you the satisfying taste or fullness quite like equate does. I'm always looking to up my vitamin and protein levels, I was getting maybe 10-15mg a day a average female requires 70mg, think that over. I was feeling so unhealthy when I started and now I feel full off life... it works...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an 88 years old retired pharmacist and I recognize the nutritional value of the contents of each 237ml bottle of Ensure as a daily dietary supplement! I drink one bottle of Ensure daily and often that bottle of Ensure is my lunch.

I drink Milk Chocolate Ensure twice a day as I'm underweight and need the extra calories and protein in my diet. I have a great deal of stress in my life and don't eat well nor sleep well, but the Ensure helps me stay healthy and my doctor is pleased with the results!!!

It seemed like a good way to start the day & get most of the nutrients that we need while watching our diets through the day. My husband started to lose weight while I gained but found out that it was bc I got pregnant. I confirmed with my Dr. that it would be good to continue and kept going. We love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has worked greatly for my dad. He has kidney failure and is now on dialysis . He takes this product daily about 3 a day . It helps keep his protein level up with the dialysis . It’s just very expensive. I would like to get him free ensure as he is 72 years old and doesn’t have enough money to drink this product as much as he should. He expresses that milk chocolate is his favorite ! Hopefully I can win this for him as it will help his protein levels to try and keep him healthy . Since he was diagnosed with kidney failure and is on dialysis 3 times a week.

We ended up making it part of our normal shopping, and we will both have a bottle every day or so. Great way to get extra vitamins and calories!

The doctors explained that my energy level would drop and that I needed the extra nutrition to help me through the treatments. I have taken a bottle or two every day and it has really helped my energy level, especially when I haven't been able to eat a lot of solid foods. It is well worth being able to function and feel like doing things one enjoys.
