[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not hungry when I wake up & usually in a hurry. Drinking a strawberry Ensure on the way to work is a quick & nutritious breakfast. It’s delicious and gets me through to lunch. I started drinking Ensure after my back surgery. The visiting nurse recommended it because I didn’t have enough protein in my diet. That was almost ten years ago & I still drink it almost every day!

And it will hold her over. Until I can convince her to eat .She is on a lot of medication. And as you know you cannot take all that on an empty stomach. So thank you and Ensure. It was a really hard time for me, but having a delicious drink made the process a lot easier. I grew to like Ensure- a lot! The dark chocolate flavor was/is definitely my favorite! Now, as a healthy athlete, I’ve found that Ensure a great way to replenish my energy after a run or on the go. It’s still just as delicious and nutritious. I’m truly thankful that Ensure has been there to help me through the different stages of my life, and now can help me fuel my goals as a runner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing this review for my mother who is 87 years old. She wasn't eating and went from 158 lbs to 108 lbs so her Dr recommended ensure. She was to drink 2 a day, well those 2 became 5 to 6 of ensure plus as that is what we started with. I have since switched her to original and she is still drinking 5 to 6 a day. She loves them. She is worried when she goes to her Dr she is going to take them away, but I being her daughter will still let her drink at least 2 a day. I am the one that buys them and it is quite a cost but she is my mom and i will get it for her some how. Thank you Donna
