It taste good and easy to digest. It's good for smoothies rather morning afternoon or evening. My favorite flavor is strawberry but the other flavors are remarkable too. I have an Ensure every day, per Doctor's orders and I really love the drink. It has helped me so much and I plan to make Ensure part of my daily routine. The flavors are delicious and a nice variety. I like them all, but the Strawberry is wonderful!

A 30 min workout a day and drink an ensure twice a day, we toned our bodies and my husband gained a decent amount of muscle weight. I would recommend this for anyone.

It is good to have for a quick protein pick me up, when I don't have time to make a meal on the run. It holds me over until I can make a healthy meal.
