I find the flavors better than most and I absolutely love the coffee latte. It helps keep me away from other snacks between meals and adds needed nutrition to my diet.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home. For him it’s to keep a healthy weight and for me it’s because I skip meals at times. But no matter your reason it is delicious. I hear great feedback about the chocolate but for me vanilla is like having ice cream in a healthy way. I love it. And now he swears by it.

I've been drinking ensure for a long time and when I discovered this flavor I was so excited to try it! It was so good, creamy, packed with flavor! I get it every chance I get, my local store doesn't have it all the time but when they do, boy oh boy, I buy them out! Lol

Also, when I am hungry, but have a lot to do, or someplace to go, I take one drink quick and it is filling, so I don't have to take time to fix a sandwich or something. Great for in-between snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using ensure after spinal neck surgery. I was not able to swallow anything else. Now I use it daily to take medications. I also drink Ensure when I get hungry and all other foods do not look appetizing. During my last stay in the hospital when I needed some nourishment before going to sleep, I asked for Ensure. Ensure was available in the hospital. It was satisfying and helped me go to sleep.

My 90 year old mother drinks at least 2 or 3 of these a day and loves them. She likes all flavors but prefers the coffee, strawberry and butter pecan. She puts them in the refrigerator and they get cold and taste like a milk shake. I would highly recommend them for someone who cannot handle solid foods.
