I had lost my wife and was not interested in cooking for myself and not very diligent in preparing any of the frozen dinners. Needless to say, my health started up deteriorate. I started to use Ensure and, guess what, my whole attitude on life started to change. I am 80 years old and things that people 10 or 15 years younger do not do.

My 90 year young Mom drinks it everyday for it's nutritional value and to help her keep her weight on. He would love to drink 3 a day, but they are so filling, he opts for 2 (morning and night), and looks forward to them. I buy these weekly for him and truly feel that they supplement his vitamins when he isn't in the mood to eat meals. I am so thankful he likes them and enjoys drinking them daily.

I am so happy that I did. I am a coffee junkie and to find this Coffee Latte in the Ensure family, I was elated. I love it. Nice and cold, crack open a bottle and let it flow. My favorite so far.

I have always ate healthy but I did not always reach the recommendation for my age, height and weight. It helped to keep me balanced. I continued to drink Ensure when he was born because as many people know, it is a challenge being a single mother like myself and I will be honest, I did not have the chance to eat a well balanced meal and the Ensure helped me on those days.
