I get her 4 six packs at a time and keep her supplied. She had been losing weight and the extra calories and nutrients have helped to put some pounds back on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to work in Taiwan and when i was about to go home in the Philippines, this is the only thing my grandmother requested me to bring for her, cause someone brought her the same from one of our relatives which is not available in our country. So I brought her some bottles and she was really really happy. It would be really great if she can have more of these but i don't know how I can give her now as I can't find any here in Dubai, she is already 88 years old, and I want her to drink more of these for her body to become stronger and healthier.

Although it’s the only flavor I really really like, I do like it a lot so haven’t gotten tired of it yet. 1 thing that I do wish was easier is finding how many ounces of Ensure would be recommended as part of my daily diet.

I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Now it is my night time snack. I drink one every night and it gives me what I need to keep my weight regulated. A great product.

These are so filling and have all the nutrients my body needs to hold me over until lunchtime. It is my breakfast when I'm running late and there is no time to fix a full breakfast. It is also my first choice for a snack or even before bed if my stomach is growling. It is also my best weapon to battle waistband expansion since it allows me to skip an occasional meal while providing all needed nourishment. The original vanilla is still my favorite flavor and I expect to continue using Ensure for my next 75 years.
