My Uncle loves the Ensure milkshakes but chocolate is his favorite flavor. People have told us to put ice cream with it and some ice and make him a “true milkshake” and we are like why he loves them just like they are! We give him at least 2 a day to make sure that he is getting the nutrients that his body needs.

So a family friend had purchased some for me and encourage me to drink them for meals replacements. I loved the vanilla and strawberry flavors. They were a great help to me and they still are especially when I'm on the go, just grab one out the fridge and go especially with this summer heat and for a quick shake pour in a glass and add a scope of ice cream.

I like to drink it cold and shake it up before I drink it, almost like a milk shake. I prefer the milk chocolate flavor, but also like the dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. I drink one every day.

I’ve recently have been feeling anxious and not been in the mood to eat due to stress. Everything I looked at was gross and I could barley swallow anything. Great for those times when sitting down to eat a meal isn’t possible. Usually have one for lunch or whenever I need a pick me up during the day.
