I tried this product and I like how easy it was to use. I tend to like washes that have thicker consistency and this one is more liquid base. Unfortunately after a few days of using this product, I noticed my skin not reacting well to this product so I had to discontinue use. But I will say this product is an option if you are trying to be more economical.

This was wayyyy to harsh on my skin and left my face incredibly red and tight, almost to point of feeling burned. I'm sure that it works amazing for someone out there so definitely try it for yourself to see if it's right for you, but doe me Ive never purchased since that first experience and would not buy in the future.

I started using this product after I kept having breakouts. I use this product every single day, either once or twice. It started working well about a week after I started using it. My acne is almost completely gone and it actually made my blackheads look smaller! I really love this product and I will keep using it!

I have rather oily skin and the only place that is not very oily is my cheeks. So I bought this face wash. The first time I used it, it burned. Now, I didn't think much of it because for the first day or so of use, face wash tends to burn a little bit on me. However, after day two of using this product, I noticed that my cheeks hurt and were very red. My cheeks felt as if I just rubbed sand paper on them and they were so raw it was horrible. I mean, it does wonders for the parts of my skin that are excessively oily, but for any parts that are normal, forget it. My cheeks are so dry, stiff, and itchy. If you use it only in the super oily spots of your face, I’m sure it would be fine, but do not use it on your entire face.

I bought this 4 or 5 days ago. I ran out of my face wash so I decided to get a new one (since it didn’t really help me) and I saw this and it was oil-free & #1 dermatologist recommended so I bought it. I was really excited to try it until I got home and read reviews. I got really scared after reviews of saying that this made their face patchy & burn (and even caused puffy eyes for some people). However, there were also good reviews and videos saying this is a good product. After putting a lot of thoughts, I decided to try it. On the first day, I was so happy b/c of its nice smell and how smooth my face felt after washing it. Days went by and until now I haven’t experienced a burning, patchy/dry skin. I guess some people don’t follow the directions right or it maybe depends on the skin type. Anyway, it works for some but doesn’t work for others. I’m loving it so far and have seen a little bit of improvement so I’ll keep using it! (I wet my face and pump 1 1/2 pumps onto my hands. Then I add water & I mix it on my hands and then I massage my face in circular motions. After washing it off, I PAT my face dry & put on a very thin layer of moisturizer. Lastly, after a few mins later I put the “On-the-Spot Acne Treatment” on my acne (also by Neutrogena) and then that’s it!!)

It is super effective yet gentle to get your face clean. I use it on an everyday basis as part of my skin care routine. The price is perfect for its effectiveness. It leaves the skin feeling absolutely soft and doesn't dry it at all. Smells really good. Helps keep acne away.

I recently started using the Neutrogena Oil-Free acne wash with Salicylic Acid and have been pleasantly surprised with the results. As someone who struggles with regular breakouts, I was excited to try a product that specifically targets acne. The wash itself has a refreshing, clean scent and lathers up nicely. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or stripped after use, which is a common issue I have with other acne-targeting products. I've been using it twice a day for about a week and have already noticed a significant improvement in the clarity of my skin. I really like this product for oily skin it definitely removed all the oil from my skin without making it too dry. I like that it's not heavily fragranced or too heavy on the skin. The only thing I don't like about it is it does make the skin a tight after your done

I live in Trinidad which is a very hot place. I have acne for the past three years now and it just would not go away. It goes and comes. This time it came back just as it use to be when I first got acne. There are huge bumps all over my face which are full puss and there hurt very much. Using this product however has helped me to and extent. My acne are drying up sort of but as they go more come back however generally my skin looks much better than it use too. I am getting slow results but I am glad. I understand that these things take time so I am patient and everyday when i wake up the first thing I do is rush to the mirror and I am always pleased to see how much better my face looks. I use this wash with Neutrogena fight and fade cleanser which works great as well. Be sure to moisturize properly tho with a good moisturizer suited for your skin type.

A no frills classic. I recommend this product (except for daily use for sensitive skin) if followed by a good moisturizer. It can leave red blotches on sensitive skin if used too often. The only thing is a moisturizer is imperative, as the cleanser strips oils away, which I like.
