I bought this product for my acne, within the 4th use it burnt my face, and caused rash and swelling especially around my eyes. I wouldn’t wash my face for a week because it would burn. After a week of having this reaction my face started to peel. It’s a terrible product and would not recommend. My skin is still peeling and I’m scared to put anything else on it.

Love this product! So many beauty/health products out there for facial cleansing leave your skin feeling dried out, or with a greasy sticky residue. When I washed my face in the morning with this, my skin felt clean and moisturized without any after yuckiness that you get with cheaper brands. I have been looking for a skin cleanser for years that works suit my needs but haven't been lucky before. All my life I have had acne proned, oily and dry skin. It's really difficult as an adult to be seen with pimples on your face and it's very embarrassing to say the least. I never tried it before because I just thought it was too simple or maybe too expensive to try something that may or may not work for my problematic skin issues. After the first time I used it, I noticed a difference and it was so nice to finally have my face feel really cleansed! I don't have to use it every day and it starts to eliminate the dirt and grime that accumulates on my face daily. After that first time experimenting with a new product, it made me a believer in the Neutrogena brand for life. I believe that Neutrogena is a wonderful company and definitely worth the extra money they charge for their products. What I also really like about Neutrogena is their packaging and advertising are simple yet elegant, classy yet modern for all ages and races and sex. They have been around for as long as I can remember and I believe they hold the market on sustainability with consumers.

I used this twice and it completely dried out my skin. So bad that I couldn't even put make-up on. My skin literally felt like sandpaper! I went and bought some cera be for dry/extremely dry skin and have been using it for two days now. It's looking better, but I'm guessing it'll probably take a week for my skin to be back to it's normal state. I'm terrified to try anything Neutrogena now.

I usually use Proactiv+ but I wanted to switch to something a little bit tamer and not as harsh on my skin chemical wise. Boy, was that a mistake! After using it for 2 days I woke up and one of my eyes was swollen. The day after that? Both eyes were swollen not to mention all around my mouth was dry, flaky, and itchy. I stopped using it 3 days ago and my eyes aren't swelling up anymore but now they are dry and itchy and it's given me wrinkles. I would not recommend to anyone. I'll just stick with Proactiv, it NEVER dried up my face this bad.

After about 2/3 days of use the skin around my chin, mouth, and sides of nose are so dry and flaky. My skin is usually extremely oily (seriously, when I do my morning makeup routine finishing with powder, my skin is already oily by the time I'm leaving my house), so I'm very surprised that this has made me driest exactly where I'm usually at my oiliest. I stopped using it, and I'm really concerned. I'm blotchy, I look like I have wind burn all over my face, it even shows through foundation and powder! My main concern is that it's been 4 days of constant moisturising (I have used 6 different moisturisers, they just get soaked up by my skin with no moisturising effect), and I've been using extra moisture face masks, applying organic honey, sweet almond oil, virgin olive oil- you name it, no improvement in dryness. It's almost as if my skin stopped producing sebum, and as bad as my oily skin was, I preferred it to this blotchy brown/red/flaky mess. At least my skin was an even colour before. Hating this.

I used this product to help clear my acne. It helped clear it a little, but it really dried out my skin. Eventually I had to stop using it because my skin got so dry and itchy. I’m willing to try it again, because it did help my acne. This time, I would definitely use it maybe every other day and just figure out a good balance.

I bought this product hoping it would help my acne and pimple prone skin. My skin is dry and oily in different places. When I used this product, my skin got so dried out and I only broke out more than usual. It made my skin patchy and lead to flaky peeling.

I struggled with hormonal cystic acne for about a decade and initially turned to Neutrogena for acne care. This was AWFUL. It broke me out even more and made my skin feel so uncomfortable and itchy. I don't really have issues with other salicylic acid products so I don't know why my skin reacted so poorly but I've stayed away.

I always used this as a teenager that was involved in multiple contact sports and as everyone knows, puberty can hit hard with the unsightly pimples you develop through all the grease and grime of sports. The product works great and makes my facial skin feel less oily. However, it dries out my skin.

I bought this product a week ago and let me tell you this product is just the worst cleanser I have ever used. When I was washing my face with this cleanser it felt weird on my skin, it was itching and felt like someone was pinching me and this feeling would last for a whole day. I have bad acne and this product did not help me at all it just make my skin looks worst. The irritation are just terrible and it leaves my skin feels uncomfortable. I’m very disappointed of this product . 1- *I did some research and finds out that besides the salicylic acne which is good for acne the others ingredient are just terrible for your skin.* 2- you guys stoped producing the goods product like the turmeric cleaner and produce risky product for the skin. Please go back to you sense.
