Chuck Roast was very Fatty and after being cooked, there was less than one pound of beef per unit. I responded to a survey from my local store and expressed my concern, they responded and said they would refund my money however when I responded, I never heard anything else

I purchase all my meat at Sam’s. The quality is the most I have found that tastes, fresh, like it just came off the farm. That is very Important to my husband & I, as we both grew up on farms and there no better taste than fresh homegrown beef. I purchase steaks, hamburger, roasts, also fish products at Sam’s

The meat had been contaminated by a glue meat sticker put right on top of the meat. It happened bc i asked a meat department employee to seperate the roast into 2 pkgs. He was extremely RUDE, acted like i was bothering him even though he was standing around doing nothing. I complained later to the store mgr, he didnt take my name or look at my receipt. He assured me the guy would be reprimanded. I spend a lot of $$ at Sams & when i purchased the roast i had spent $150 two days before & so i had spent over$200 within 3 days & was treated like i wasnt important at all. Someone needs to tell that guy & all employees that customers pay their salary. Very, very disappointed in the service & in the young managers response to me. I was in tears bc i had been treated so rudely. I didnt put the full story here but Dakota the mgr knows the story. Next time Dakota! Get your customers name & let them know that you handled the situation! If you did??

Meat tasted awful. Made to look fresh but wasn't edible. Even the kids noticed the difference in taste

I was very pleased with the quality of the boneless chuck roast. I smoked the chuck roast for burnt ends and it came out wonderful and delicious.

Very good tasting beef made it for the family and they ate it all no leftovers

Always like the chuck roast and has the right amount of marbling for stews we make.

Roast was bought on a Saturday and went to cook on Monday and they were full of mold!

For the price quite tough and disappointing
