I used a recipe I found on YouTube. I tenderized and marinaded them overnight. These were good and tender.

Good deal, I cut it into smaller portions and made them as just a steak. You definitely need to tenderize it

These Chuck Roasts are very good. While I can usually find them on sale at the local grocer’s, they’re never as consistent as Sam’s.

I love using this beef in the slow cooker or instant pot. I make a stew with it and it comes out so tender.
