The quality and flavor was outstanding. We also have been pleased with Sam's Club butcher shop and meat selection. Never disappoints!

I used a recipe I found on YouTube. I tenderized and marinaded them overnight. These were good and tender.

The roast I got was strange. I was using it for shredded beef and it was tough and wouldn't shred properly. The quality just wasn't there.

Nice! It wasn't tough after cooking! I trimmed it again bcz it would have been too greasy for my taste. I added mushrooms, carrot and mini potatoes.

These are better than the chuck roasts I use to buy at the butcher shop. They are super thick and fall apart when cooked.

I cooked it for 9 hours in a crock pot for a dinner party and got many positive comments on the flavor and tenderness.

A bit overpriced, but they are.a decent steak, especially for fried rice or on a roasted tomato and arugula sandwich.
