Sometimes my local store cuts these WAY too big. Last one I got was 2 2-lb. steaks. I cut them myself but I liked when they sold them in 4’s.

Perfection every time!! Cost effective and this is the only meat I use for beef stew and serve with croissants!!!

I love using this beef in the slow cooker or instant pot. I make a stew with it and it comes out so tender.

Smoked this on the Traeger. It was incredible with root vegetables. We had apprised the chuck roast elsewhere but Sam's was the best price.

Terrible. Tried to cook until tender. Didn’t work. Threw the one I cooked away. Threw the uncooked away. Cut thru and it was to grisly. Horrible.

Good quality, makes a good pot roast. Shredded the left overs and heated it on my flattop grill along with some peppers and onions. Great flavor.

I always buy my chuck roast from Sam’s Club. The chuck roast is the very best quality! Whatever recipe I am making it always comes out terrific!
