These were good sized chuck roasts that cooked up good and tasted better - will definitely buy again.

Seared and place in a slow cooker on high for 5 hrs covered in beef broth and it was melt in your mouth perfection.

I love using this beef in the slow cooker or instant pot. I make a stew with it and it comes out so tender.

Great piece of meat for the smoker, falls apart when cooked slow and low, 185-195 for 6 hrs. Finish it off with 2 hrs wrapped in foil at 250.

Sometimes my local store cuts these WAY too big. Last one I got was 2 2-lb. steaks. I cut them myself but I liked when they sold them in 4’s.
