these were a little scrappy, which is unusual for Sam's club. Next time I'll be more selective when I choose roasts

Terrible. Tried to cook until tender. Didn’t work. Threw the one I cooked away. Threw the uncooked away. Cut thru and it was to grisly. Horrible.

You have to look through a lot of packages to find a pack with 2 good ones in it but it is worth it.
