I am disabled and my son picked up my purchases for me. The two roast i purchased were awful, they had a lot, a whole lot of fat on them. By the time I cut the large sections of fat on. Them, I had the meat equivalent to one roast and it still had fat on it. Had I picked them up, I would have refused them immediately. Needless to say that I was very disappointed , I had planned to have two meals off of them and I had to use both. When living off social security, that means a lot.

I don't usually do reviews whether good or bad, but this chuck roast was the toughest piece of meat I ever had in my life. Makes me want to go out to my freezer and feed the rest of the roast to my dogs. I am not even sure if they would eat it. Very disappointing. Sorry for the negative review, but people need to be warned, meat prices are way to high to waste money on meat like this.

Turned out perfect in the Instant Pot! I like the larger size compared to the grocery store. Price is very affordable. I only wish they were more uniformly sized. One was huge the other tiny in comparison. Great taste and just the right amount of fat!
