Meat was tough and had a lot of connective tissue. Not worth the money

The Beef Roast was cooked very beautiful, brown and tender. My Family all enjoyed it tremendously.

Seared on the Blackstone, then pressure cooked for 2 two hours, was perfect!!!

Cooked this in our crockpot with cream of mushroom soup and French onion soup! Delicious!

Sam's beef chuck roasts are always good.
