Good flavor but too much fat throughout the meat, not healthy.

Good flavor, quality could be better.

Used 6 pks ( 25 lb) for a slow-roasted 300F overnight.  Made wonderful BBQ for Family Reunion

Very Dissapointed in this purchase. Once I opened the package I found a lot of fat underneath that took me 30 minuted to cut out. After cooking for hours, did not come out great. I purchase my red meat at Sam's club mostly. The quality is usually great,not this time. FYI I have been cooking for over 50 years.

Not happy

Beautiful cut of meat with the right amount of fat to make it tender.  I live alone so I cut them in half and will have the one for Thanksgiving and one for later..The price was just so cheap I checked with the meat department to ensure it was correct.  IT WAS!!
