Fast shipping I received it today and I just opened it and it was most likely opened before and I expected brand new. Controller had small scratch the moment I opened it and there were dark smudges and dust all over the system itself HDMI cable has plastic wrapped on it nicely but the power cable had lose plastic on it. And the seals for the box itself were super hard to pull off so I had to slice them open instead.

Does not work well, lags out and kicks you out of the game. No good if you play ranked games, you’ll end up being banned. So disappointing, my son thought it was our internet connection but we’ve found out it’s the Xbox, you have to reset it and it’ll work for about a weeks then start lagging out again. Do not recommend!!

This, Xbox is amazing my daughter loved it, but the way it was delivered is the reason why I’m complaining I told them they need to put it right in front of the door at least hide it with all these people stealing packages. It seems like Walmart did not care when they dropped it off first delivery service over $600 could’ve been stolen. You can see in the picture where exactly it was dropped off and this is all my daughter wanted for Christmas. I will never order from Walmart like this ever again.

With this purchase, I am 3-0 with Walmart (I previously scored two PS5 consoles, one Disc (for a friend) and one Digital (for myself)). I was surprised that I was able to even get a Series X, as well as the PS5 consoles. No issues with the console itself so far. The UI seems a bit, well, everywhere and the Game Pass seems to be beneficial. All and all, a great system, and I'm happy to have one. ^_^

Yes paid double just because it was a gift for my son and I have been waiting forever to get it at it's original price around $499 and decided not to wait any more. Received x box series x in 2 days as promised, it was the correct console was a bit worried since some reviews said they got a different version and language. My son already had x box one

awesome gaming box. My favorite feature is the quick resume. I can jump back into a game skipping start up screens very quickly. some games are better than others but awesome feature. Graphics and speed of games is great for me lots of 4k and faster fps games to take advantage. I haven't used the blue ray part yet. just play games casually. Upgraded from xbox one. worth it.

I bought it for myself and it works really well for the most part. If you don't have a high-end PC, it's a great deal for $500. It's also not a bad deal if you have a high-end PC like me, but even better if you don't because it's basically worth $1500-$2000. It's pretty easy to set up too. It's a good idea to run the TV/HDR calibration, but you probably won't have to. Just makes it look nice. It does have to download updates, but they were pretty small so you should be able to get set up within an hour, depending on your internet speed. And once that's done, you're good to go. Graphics, performance, features all great. Almost every game looks and runs better on this, even games from 5-10 years ago. It's a beast. Load times cut in half, frame rate stabilized (or doubled in some games), native and auto 4K and HDR. Seriously, everything is better on this. Now for the cons: the controller eats batteries for breakfast, and the battery cover itself is hard to take off. Use it wired if you can, use rechargeable batteries if you can't. The quick resume feature can be cool, and it can even save time when you restart the console, but it's buggy. It has a tendency to break games, especially multiplayer games, until you restart them. There's no way to see what is stored in quick resume or take it out in case you don't want the game you played for 5 minutes taking up space in it. Speaking of which, 1TB is a good starter storage, but the external storage is super overpriced IF YOU WANT TO PLAY OFF THE EXTERNAL STORAGE. If you just want to store games on an external drive and move them back and forth from the internal...well, it's slow, but it's cheaper. Also, Xbox One games run off the normal external drives, just slower. Some Series X Enhanced games also do, but it isn't made clear which ones can be, and it's not always clear that a game needs updated first. So...over all, it's a great system for someone who plays a lot of games, or doesn't get frustrated by minor issues that will probably get mostly resolved in time. There's a couple flaws, though none detract from the overall experience for me. It truly is a great system, and I say that as someone with a high-end PC, Xbox One, PS4 and more (and bought this before a PS5). If you're a high spender who knows a loved one will enjoy it, it's a great gift...if you can buy one before the bots. Or if you're a gamer yourself, hard to go wrong!

Wouldnt turn on after less than a month of use. Was playing games normally when all of the sudden the Xbox turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. I tried switching the cord around in direction. Tried new outlets, and even waited a few days to see if that would work. Nothing works and the Xbox literally won’t turn on.

This is the best Xbox I've owned to date, super fast in all aspects of functionality over previous consoles. Transferring files from external hard drive to internal or vise versa is Way faster than my one s was. System is super quiet and glad I purchased the series x console.

Package came 2 days early which is always a nice surprise, box was untampered with and in turn had everything inside in good condition. As someone who’s owned an Xbox since 2002 I gotta say the Series X is everything I dreamed the next gen of Xbox would be. Extensive and thought out backwards compatibility is this consoles golden crown, shout out Billy G Gates.
