I bought this for my husband who is an avid gamer who has been playing Xbox since the original console was released. He's been playing on the same Xbox One since about 2018. He'd been wanting a Series X, but the price was a little too high. I caught it on sale for $75 off and jumped on it. The graphics are amazing, it loads insanely fast, and there are games he will now be able to play that he wasn't able to play on his Xbox One. It was totally worth it for those reasons. Especially regarding how much excited he was when he got home from work and was surprised by a new Xbox sitting on the desk in his game room!

Bought it on rollback for $573 before prices went up even more, I did not hesitate and purchased myself a brand new XBOX. Now I am GTA VI ready :). Thank you Walmart!

Great console so far, the performance increase from my One S is very noticable. GTA6 is coming out and exclusive for next gen I had to make the move to the latest gen console. You can still pick a Series X up for a little over release price. PS5 Pro is now $900, insane, in my mind this was the best combination of price and performance. Even the Series S is more than capable, people rag on it like it's so inferior it's not

I’m already in the Microsoft ecosystem so the choice for me was easy. You have to temper your excitement when it arrives; even with a 2.5 GbPS internet connection it took hours to update, restart, repeat. The Series X is was faster than the Xbox One it replaced. Load times are significantly reduced, graphics are awesome, etc. There are enough game titles out there for Xbox that you should always be able to find something engaging and age appropriate, even for younger kids.

Glad to have the series X after waiting on this to be on sale. Worth the wait and close to wait it was before the insane price increase. Graphics and the faster load times are good, controller is great, and no power brick that sits besides the console. I'm glad to have on finally.

It's been a great console. I've been using it for about 3 years now. It plays pretty much all Xbox, Xbox 360, and xbox one games. I do miss the days of halo and Forza exclusives… The quick resume is great. You can quick resume multiple games. And I noticed that it even remembers where you left off even if the console is unplugged. The remote situation is okay. The remote is cheap junk compared to Nintendo or ps5. The buttons are loud and clunky. And the battery life thing needs to be solved. You'll spend almost 100 in batteries a year if you're a casual gamer. Very stupid greedy scheme they got going on. And game pass is a rip off too. DONT SETTLE FOR RENTING EVERYTHING IN LIFE. We deserve a piece of the pie. If I buy a copy of a game, I own it and want a pie of the property to do as I please. Microsoft needs to be less greedy in that way. I don't pay for game pass scam anyway, never did.

5⭐️ Purchased this as a Christmas gift and so far it has been nothing but rave reviews. The person I bought it for absolutely loves it and has had zero problems with it. The graphics, speed, and overall performance are a huge upgrade compared to older Xbox models. I still have an older Xbox myself, but after seeing and hearing how much they enjoy this one, I'm definitely planning to upgrade to the Series X soon too. The 1TB storage is a big plus, and everything from game loading to gameplay itself seems much smoother and faster. Fantastic gaming system! The graphics and audio are second to none. Everything Ive thrown at it has played without issue including 4k blu rays...Yes, it also has a 4k blu ray drive built in and plays them back not only in hdr10 but utilizes the atmos soundtracks. Highly recommended!

This really is the cheapest way to game today. Not only are there a ton of games on Game Pass but you can buy used copies of games from $2.99 and up from there. Plus backwards compatibility with games you already own. I absolutely love this machine. Think of the UI like Android to PlayStation's iOS. There's so much to customize and change. This is where I'll be playing GTAVI no doubt about it.

I'm afraid this Xbox console lost the ability to transmit a signal to the television. I've never seen something like that but I'm really hoping I get an exchange one for one on this cause this is bizarre and I can't afford 650 bucks for another Xbox.
