Set up is challenging for users under 18 years if age due to numerous parental safety measures. It would be nice for Microsoft to provide 1-800 customer service option versus strictly, self service videos. They have not been able To resolve all of our issues.

Just wanted to say that I was able to purchase one on the Black Friday restocking. I got my confirmation email with estimated delivery date. It was delivered 3 days early actually. Plugged it in and everything works perfectly. Wanted to put a good review on here because mostly only people with problems bother to come back and write a review.

I got it during Walmart drop ( so this 5star is for Walmart and MS xbox. ) The series X is way heavier than the series S (is a given) Color way more crisp, unless you are using standard TV, don't care for smaller memory space and no disc drive. Series S is fine. I have series S when it first release. I have not encounter any problem. I didn't care much about memory space cos I tend to uninstall after I am done with the game. So now after almost a year (?) I have it, I am happy with GP as long as MS continue to bring in more nice games. I tested out one of my old 360 game, seems like Oddworld Munch's Oddysee disc still works ( I only got to the update point but did not continue cos I was only testing if the system is fine ) I need to go look for my 360 brotherhood of steel. If I find it, I hope it's playable. I don't care what people say, I like that game. Seriously, if you don't download and keep every game, or need to see the tiny grain on the rocks behind the character, the Series S is just as nice if you can't get a chance to get the series X.

Great console with incredible speed. Load times are virtually eliminated, even with graphically demanding games. Variable refresh rate keeps a consistent 60fps no matter what goes on on-screen. Coming from the original Xbox One it seems like an Xbox One 2.0. However, support for games that are Series X/S enhanced is scarce. No new games at launch. Also Xbox could have updated the Home Screen to feel more next-gen. Overall I would recommend this console to Xbox fans but I would wait until they become more readily available in 6 mo. - 1 yr.

Fantastic graphics and speed. Hardly any delays when loading and starting. Exactly what we hoped for when purchasing it. A great upgrade from an Xbox One S. The only issue was transferring games and files from the old system - took longer than expected. 3 stars - only due to the fact that my son had to overpay to get it. I don't like that resellers can charge so much on the Walmart website.

We needed to upgrade from the Xbox One, and this Xbox Series X is definitely better as far as graphics/picture quality and faster loading time. There are other perks such as finally being able to play Goat Simulator 3 among so many of other great games. We also prefer this Xboxs physical dimensions. The vertical/upright rectangular prism fits much better on the tv stand and takes up less surface space. We also prefer this versions power button that has to be pressed rather than the Xbox one's overly sensitive touch power button.

Excellent console! I was able to get lucky enough to order one of these bad boys during one of the rollouts, and it was worth every penny! It's quick to boot, quick to load games and the downloads have become marginally faster. Even only having a 60hz TV and thereby being limited to 60 FPS, everything still runs and looks amazing. Some older games gain a huge benefit from the spectacular hardware revisions. And, when it works correctly, Quick Resume is just killer. 15/10, ecstatic with my purchase!

I truly got tired of trying caved in and paid more then anyone wants to pay for this but I am happy with it. Happy with the transaction no issues from purchase to delivery. I would purchase from vendor again. Other then that I don’t need to tell you about the XboxX.

This console is very fast ! Let’s start there first ! I love this product and I don’t know why people are giving it anything below four stars . The start up time and game graphics are exactly what I have been waiting for . I ordered this for Black Friday and it came 2 days before the actual delivery date !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still had the older xbox one and was waiting for the series x to go on sale. The price on walmart.com was the best I saw compared to other companies. The series x is so much better than the previous xbox in every way from visuals to the speed.
