Don't listen to the negative reviewers who don't understand what lemons are. I've been with Xbox since Halo first came out on the original console. Every console generation has proved better than the last. This one is right up there if not exponentially better. My load times have improved so much that I can't even go get a drink or snack while loading anymore. So much more game time. When you're a dad, that time matters. You never know when your kid is gonna go wild and you have to step away to deal with it. Or the wife needs you to do something. Were there some hiccups initially with the software, yes. But it wasn't on xbox's part. The games I chose to play needed certain fixes to allow them to work properly. After those updates for the games (not the xbox) took place things were great. One notable thing that saves a ton of time is Quick Resume. I believe it's up to four games. I pause a game, go play some COD with some buddies, then come back to my paused game and pick up where I left off. Loading a game can take ages sometimes so this cuts down on that tremendously. The way gaming should have been all all long! One of the best consoles ever. The only reason you seen it smoking was because they were blowing vap smoke in it, the console does not even get hot, I never even hear it! It’s truly amazing, the load times are like a second.

good console, no real 1st part exclusives that I'm interested in rn. that's the same with the ps5, the only thing I'm interested with there is miles morales and everything else in ps5's lineup is overhyped Garbage. Wish both sides had more to show but 2020 has been a rough year.

Every 30 min ur sound will cut out and it wont come back till u restart the console and the console crashes way too much and when it does the controlled disconnects and the only way to connect it again is to take the batteries out and put them back in

This was an amazing buy! So glad I didn’t get scalped here and thanks to Walmarts checkout process it was easy just had to be in the loop for getting in line at the right moment. Xbox is phenomenal! Works like a charm and definitely can feel the game immersion when paired with my 4k. Hands down great purchase.

So happy with my Xbox Series X. I gave up on building a new gaming Pc because of shortages and I’m a happy Xbox customer now. The graphics look at least as good as my old 1080ti and now I’m getting 4k/60fps with HDR on my Samsung QN90A. Quick resume is an under appreciated feature. Thank you Walmart for finally developing an efficient queueing system

After a year and a half I was finally able to grab one of these and at retail price. Ordered it on the 25th and was delivered today. Was delayed by 2 days so not that bad. Works great, no problems so far. If this is still in stock then grab one while you can and just have patience.

Since a lot people are posting random reviews (possibly even fake reviews), I'll get right to the point: The pros: -screaming fast console -amazing graphics -doubles as fridge (lol jk) -very fast load times the cons: -basically more of the same - not much innovation -same controller as the Xbox One -no exclusive launch titles Don't get me wrong, this thing is powerful and it does the job. However, it's basically just more of the same. For a new console that's supposed to last me an entire generation, I'm a bit disappointed with MS for basically just giving us a more powerful version of the Xbox One. Add to the fact that there aren't any interesting titles that are releasing with it, I'm a bit sad I spent my money on this console, especially since most titles will still come out for the Xbox One. A number of my friends have switched over to PS5, so I'll probably do the same in 2021 when I can get a console. If you like MS and Xbox and are super fanboi, then you'll love this. But for anyone on the fence, I'd really consider the PS5 as a better contender for the next gen console.

The experience was great. The delivery was made on time and the driver was polite and professional. There was some damage to the box but everything else was accounted for and it's updating now so far it all works fine. I did notice on the box and the tag that it is made for distribution in US/Canada, and that the writing was in English. I was extremely worried but overall it went great. I waited over a year for this and I'm glad Walmart came through!

The speed and resolution of this console is outstanding. A lot of people think the other system is better but Xbox has the games pass which increasing enjoyment tenfold. No more browsing PS Deals to buy some cheap 5 year old game. Brand new games for free anytime at roughly the cost of a Ps Plus membership. Any games optimized for x/s look amazing and I dont even have a 4K tv. Frame rate is such a bump on everything and zero load time. If you are still on the Sony bandwagon its time to realize Xbox is clearly the better system (dont listen to paid stories on Forbes).
