My son purchased this console in store after the online site said it wasn't available in store. He has had no complaints on the game system and he is satisfied with his purchase.

Ordered at website and it was telling the if you purchased xbox series x you will get 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate, today I got my console delivered but it came without any cards or codes for that 24 month subscription, looks like scam

I used it for a couple of hours a day, just a few days a week, for 4 months… it messed up and because I didn’t get the extended warranty, I’m out $600 … this really stinks…

We have only had our x box for just over three months and The HDMI port is not working, I went to youtube and realized there are other people this has happened to, I hope to be able to exchange for new one.

Performance is great but not that much of a difference from my One X. I'm also not a fan of how massive this console is, so hopefully they'll release a slim version this year
