So tried to get this item it was in my cart and was even charged via my PayPal account...here we are 2hrs later and still no confirmation email that the item was purchased, yet PayPal charged my account for the item. Any suggestions on what I need to do would be appreciated!!!

I secured an xbox all access loanand they wouldnt accept it as payment today i was approved through another retailer and was told i could just enter account number to buy had it in my cart and wasnt given option to use it its frustrating hope they can secure consoles for someone who got approved had a hard inquiry 2 years to remove report and no console to be recieved?

This is my son’s fifth.. yes … FIFTH Xbox in about 7 years. This one is less than three months old.. and like the other ones, it just decided to one day not turn on anymore! I will never buy anything Microsoft again! Garbage!! Negative every star!!! We still have a Nintendo Wii, yes original Wii that works as well as a ps3 and ps4 that we purchase ourselves and they still work perfectly as they did the day we got them! Save your money and don’t buy these junk traps!

Before buying this item please be warned the controllers go haywire in less than a year. I was warned but did not listen and now my controller is junk with only 7 months of usage. So to anyone thinking of buying one BE WARNED!!! THE CONTROLLER WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER 6-8 MONTHS. Make sure your warranty is from a reputable location.

good console, no real 1st part exclusives that I'm interested in rn. that's the same with the ps5, the only thing I'm interested with there is miles morales and everything else in ps5's lineup is overhyped Garbage. Wish both sides had more to show but 2020 has been a rough year.

Every 30 min ur sound will cut out and it wont come back till u restart the console and the console crashes way too much and when it does the controlled disconnects and the only way to connect it again is to take the batteries out and put them back in

The experience was great. The delivery was made on time and the driver was polite and professional. There was some damage to the box but everything else was accounted for and it's updating now so far it all works fine. I did notice on the box and the tag that it is made for distribution in US/Canada, and that the writing was in English. I was extremely worried but overall it went great. I waited over a year for this and I'm glad Walmart came through!

I don't own it, but played it at a friend's house. I think this is a step-up for microsoft, and that this is what quality is. I'm not saying that the ps5 isn't, but I would buy this over the ps5. My opinion and I thought the ps4 was great, so I bet you the 5 is great, but X is the number 10 in roman numberials and 10 is more than 5. The only reason I don't own a xsx is because WAlMARThad me do the robot thing TEN TIMES!

Same as the Xbox One X but worse. The games keep freezing and the console randomly shuts off frequently. If I position the console upright, it makes a very weird noise from the fan. Do not waste your money on this first round of consoles...let Microsoft fix the bugs first.

I do not have extensive experience with gaming consoles and this is only the second one I have owned. The previous was the Xbox one s, because it came free with my tv. I say this so you know my level of experts around the machine. My concern is that some of the Xbox games weren’t functioning on my current console (flight sim, elder ring won’t, and I haven’t purchased yet) and cyberpunk and other games cause the fan to scream to keep the system cool. So, I saw that Walmart had the hard to get consoles available, and I decided to upgrade. The difference? I can switch between my games without a full boot up every time. This has been amazing. I’m now more comfortable with switching between games because I can skip the long boots. The fan has been unoticable with flight sim and cyberpunk. The graphics are also better in cyberpunk and Witcher 3. Red dead I didn’t notice a huge difference, but looked good. Load screens are faster. Some are significantly faster with much less down time. Cyberpunk has not crashed on me with the new system where my one s crashed every 30-60 minutes. Is it worth the price and should you switch? For me, the convenience of speed, better stability, and ability to switch between commonly played games without a boot up make it worth it. Cloud gaming isn’t perfect and I tried that on my old machine. I ran into pixelation and lag at times. Not horrible, but not perfect. The game pass offers a lot of flexibility with games, to experiment. I really appreciate this. Why four stars? I thought there would be a bigger leap in the load speed, while nice I was hoping for more. There are also a lot of really good games unavailable on the Xbox. So, I knocked off a star for those two things. Fair or not that entered into how I personally rate things. The lack of vr is also annoying. I don’t want to sell my information to Facebook and I really with Microsoft could get their act together with vr. Ultimately, only you can decide what’s right for you, but I’m glad I made the purchase despite the flaws. Game pass keeps me engaged and as I don’t game a lot, all of this works for me.
