I was surprised at how tight the majority of the mushrooms were - very, VERY fresh - and even those that had begun opening were not overdone. Wonderful texture and firmness; held their shapes beautifully for stuffed mushroom appetizers and did not become tough and rubbery, or limp and soggy.

These mushrooms are always very firm and fresh. They last weeks in my fridge. Just take out the ones you need to use and leave the others in their original packaging. Sometimes I wash and slice the mushrooms and freeze them for use later on pizzas, soups, etc.

These mushrooms are always a great addition to my Rib Eye steak. I throw them in my cast iron frying pan while cooking my steak and let them simmer a few minutes until they have browned a bit. They are also delicious dipped in butter or from the drippings of the steak.

I have been buying these mushrooms for over 2 years now, and have never been disappointed yet!! They are firm and the they taste great I love the flavor. If you purchase these mushrooms, then you need to use them within 2 days or they start to look pitted, and lose some flavor, so it's better to use them as soon as possible.

I buy these little babies every week or so. That's about how long they last in the frig. I rarely trash remnants cuz I use them in so many ways! They taste great!! I like them so much better than the plain whites. I'll be disappointed if Sam's ever quits carrying them.

Really like these mushrooms. I had previously been purchasing from Sam's the white button mushrooms and they were very good. But really love these Baby Bella's. Sauté' them in butter and olive oil, with seasoning, serve with steaks, burgers and grilled chicken. Family LOVEs them!

These Bella mushrooms are packed with incredible flavor! We served them as a side dish with steaks, but they’re just as delicious piled on top of a baked potato for a hearty meal. Our go-to preparation: slice them up, season with Nature’s Seasoning, and sauté with a stick of butter, 3-4 cloves of garlic, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook until most of the water evaporates, then, for an extra depth of flavor, add a bit of red wine and let it simmer to perfection. The result? A rich, savory dish that’s absolutely irresistible. Would have been great if they were fresher. The Best By date was the day after I received them and the stems were too woody to use in my recipe. I saved the stems for stock but only because I have a VitaMix. It was a delivery—I would not have gotten them with that date if I had been at the Sam’s. I’m wondering if I got stuck with these because it was a delivery. I’ve gotten these before and they were great.

Mushrooms are a staple in our household. These baby bellas are a great complement to meat dishes, but also work well when eating vegan/vegetarian. The quality has always been great and the price can't be beat. Love that it comes in a big enough container to last more than one meal even if they are the star of the show.

Good, fresh mushrooms. We buy them from Sam’s even though the supermarkets have them too because they are really good quality at Sam’s and a good price. They stay fresh for a long time after purchasing as well so we haven’t had to worry about using them before they spoil.
