Perfect size. I wrap mine immediately in paper towels, throw away the cellophane for continued freshness

Good mushrooms

We use mushrooms quite often at our house. Sometimes to put in salads and sometimes to sauté and put on top of the steak. These mushrooms did not disappoint.

These mushrooms are a perfect size for sautéing which I did. They came out great. The mushrooms you buy in the supermarket are small and not really good for sautéing because they then shrink. These shrink of course, but they come out to be a really good size after cooking them.

These are beautiful baby bella mushrooms. I’ve never gotten any that were spoiled like I have in other grocery stores. You can’t beat the price and they taste amazing!

We buy this all the time from Sam’s and I have to say the quality is always exceptional. They are the most consistent in quality for mushrooms in my opinion. Can’t beat the quality and prices.

Generally fresh as the cut offs are not brown. However they use plastic to contain and this causes condensation build up with temperature and humidity changes in shipping. Holes in plastic is till bad. perfectly good mushrooms are awful with a slimy topcoat of mildew. Needs temperature and humidity control or perhaps an uncoated paper bag with a top permeable plastic window...

These were great and held up well in the refrigerator for a week I will be looking for organic, however, but they were very, very delicious

It claims organic but it’s clear once precasting more than once that it’s GMO!!! Organic INCLUDES NON GMO produce in today’s accepted market & purchasing world who cares to purchase said labeled products!!! We all feel absolutely violated and betrayed by Sam’s Club! An entire online group has been started because of ur betrayal ! While I am not yet a member, I fully understand their feelings & frustrations with ur misleading of labeling thus betrayal of trust!
