I've purchased these mushrooms a couple of times. Both times they have been fresh and delicious. I used one pack to make a stuffed mushroom dish with avocado and feta cheese after marinating the shrooms in a balsamic vinegarette. They were a real hit. I slice them up to add to morning eggs or put in my tomato sauce. The are just so good
