Setup was easy, and its sleek design fits perfectly in my laundry room. The BeSpoke AI technology adapts to my laundry habits, saving time and energy. Its large capacity drum handles even the bulkiest loads effortlessly. SmartThings integration allows remote monitoring and control via my smartphone. The flexdry feature lets me dry delicate items separately from larger loads. The AI optimal wash feature defects how soiled your clothes are and will add extra time to the load for a more effective cleaning. If you are in a rush, do not chose this option. It can take about an hour and a half for completion. One thing that can use an update is the flex dispenser. It does not tell you when it's running low or when to refill it. This can mean that you wash your clothes without detergent if you don't check it! Overall, it's efficient, intuitive, and has made laundry day a breeze.

The washer and dryer talk to each other as well, so the dryer recommends settings based on the what you set the washer to in the last load. We mainly bought it to save space in our small laundry/mud room. It definitely helps with overall use of the room. Super happy with it!

The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry features are fantastic additions. They detect soil level and fabric type, adjusting settings accordingly to ensure a thorough clean and gentle drying cycle, which is essential for preserving the quality of my clothes. I never knew how much I needed this and can see our clothes and linens lasting much longer with this technology. In terms of speed, the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub doesn't disappoint. The Super Speed Wash and Dry option allows me to wash and dry a full load in just 58 minutes, perfect for those busy days when I need clean clothes in a hurry. I've also had the pleasure of using the Flex Auto Dispense system, and it's been a game-changer. Automatically dispensing detergent and softener based on load size saves me time and ensures I use just the right amount of product, reducing waste. I also really like that we can hide the detergent and softener containers in the pantry, as we only need them to refill the dispenser. The interior design is thoughtful and practical. I like all of its features and its smart things app. Both washer and dryer is big enough for large loads. By having both units stacked, it definitely saves some space in my home. The unit is easy to control as the control panel is in the center of both the washer and dryer. I love the AI feature as it automatically determines the soil level and the fabrics being laundered and makes adjustments as needed. The flex auto dispense system is great. You can customize the settings for the dispenser using the smart things app. It has a space for liquid detergent, fabric softener and bleach. You can customize how much you want to use via the smart things app. There is a super speed wash and dry option where you can get a load done in under an hour. It's great for when you need something laundered and forgot to do it but need it the same day. I love the steam wash option for my clothes. I feel like the clothes comes out cleaner. I love this new unit, makes me feel welcomed to the new age.

I decided to buy and try this washer/dryer set because I am tired of going to a laundry mat every week like clock work. Don't know how good it works but I definitely will soon.
