The wash time is super fast and efficient. The interior looks awesome and so sleek. This is what you want in a washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer use to be load and noisy and vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much more quiet and does not vibrate and move. The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. I no longer have to pull the detergent out all the time. The stack design saves space and is still easy to access. This was truly an upgrade for us from our old front load washer and dryer. The AI feature is easy to use. I like the high tech features and the AI integration into washing loads. Setup was easy, I forgot to remove the plug from my old dryer but bought another one. I love the look of my washer dryer. After having some problems setting up the SmartThings app and connecting to it then it was easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 74” tall machine is commanding with a beautiful sleek design and it seamlessly integrates into our pantry space. The Hub is made with high-quality materials such as glass and stainless steel and seems very durable and hopefully will last a long time. It has thoughtful design elements when it comes to the auto liquid dispense system (which is plastic not metal , so no rust), the space saving design and the ultra capacity for the dryer and drum is a no brainer for us doing laundry! In terms of performance, so far it has easily handled any load I have put into the machine. Its washing cycles are effective, with optimal water consumption and 15 cycle options catering to different fabric types, way more than I can describe here. To be honest I have not tried them all as of yet. I am most excited to try the Steam Wash setting as I stain pretty much every time i eat. :) The washer does not have any rock or shake in the spin cycle. Our system sits on hardwood floors and is in its own pantry room. The drying is efficient, offering quick times for towels and sheets and gentle care for garments. So far I have used the timed dry, denim, and towels and sheets cycles, the 13 cycle options are fantastic. The lint trap is easy to access and clean out with each load. A chime at the end of each cycle is a fun way to let you know your load is complete. This can be turned off. There is also a dryer light that can be turned on or off. I only have two Cons to offer in this review. The stacked Bespoke HUB washer sits extremely low to the ground. I have to bend very far into the machine to pull out the random sock stuck in the back, kinda like Pooh in the Honey Tree. Flexibility is should be considered this if you are purchasing this HUB Another slight negative is the display. The sensitivity of the power button and the whole display is hard to gauge. As I press on the power button it may or may not turn on. Then you must press again till the display senses your finger. Once the system is on everything works as it should. One cool feature is the smart connectivity. You must download Smart things App and connect via WIFI users can control the appliance from a smartphone. This process wasn't too complicated for me and being able to schedule to start a load when PGE KW fees are low is a nice $ saver. I have enjoyed how the Bespoke Laundry HUB works so far and think it's a worthy investment for our household. I look forward to many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the unit a little over a month and I’m still learning all the features. Huge upgrade from our 10+ year old washer and dryer. The AI is neat but it’s clearly in its infancy. The unit manages wash cycles well but struggles with drying bulky items like jeans, bedding and towels. Those and other bulky cotton based items need at least two drying cycles to have them fully dry when using the AI suggested drying cycle. The dryer sometimes stops shortly after starting the cycle and plays the jingle that informs you the cycle is over despite the clothes being damp or wet. Instead of fully relying on the AI recommendations for drying (for now) I’m trying the timed dry settings and adjusting the temperature. That has helped with the larger items. Despite this minor issue, I really love the unit. The design is beautiful and the single unit stacked system is great for small laundry rooms. It is a finger print magnet but a quick wipe solves the problem. I would recommend this unit to others. With all these units with a ton of bells and whistles, there’s a learning curve to maximizing the performance. I’m looking forward to learning more with time and also learn the smart things app integration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek exterior design of the Electric Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub. It fits perfectly into our laundry room. Definitely space saving. The inside is huge for both washer and dryer and can easily fit my larger loads. I like that everything is digital as well and it makes it simple to understand. The detergent and softner is easy to load in the washer for the auto dispense option. It's a really cool option to have so I don't have to worry about how much detergent is needed because the unit auto determines and dispenses it according to the senser. It also lets you know when you are running low on detergent. However, I've used it for 6 loads now and it doesn't look like the liquid has moved or changed levels. The good thing is that I can tell that my clothes are clean. I like that the dryer auto sets to the correlating washer cycles. It even reminds you to clean the lint trap. I like the suggested connectivity of the Samsung Smart Things app. You can control some of the laundry hub settings right from the app. Some other things I noticed and liked about the laundry hub is how quiet the cycles were. The room where it's located is right inbetween my daughter's room and my office. I'm able to work/study and my daughter is able to sleep soundly without disruption. Also the cute little musical tune it plays when the cycle is done is alot better than a typical loud buzz most other laundry machines make. Overall I really liked the AI laundry hub, but there are a couple of kinks or recommendations I have. 1. I tried to bar code scan over a dozen laundry detergents (different sizes and brands) and all of them said it wasn't supported. And there isn't anywhere on the app or Samsung website that tells you how to fix this or which detergent to get. 2. Wish I could remote start the cycles on the app. It shows where you can schedule it but the option is always greyed out (unclickable). 3. I wish I could see the actual setting types (warm, hot, cold, normal, heavy etc) with the numbers on the unit and not just on the app.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. This is, without question, the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned in my life. I am almost 50 years old, and I have never experienced such poor quality and performance from an appliance. The washer has mold all over the detergent and fabric softener dispenser area. How is that even acceptable? It is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The dryer is just as bad. It takes THREE HOURS to dry a normal load of clothes. Three hours! And now the washer has started leaking from the front panel. To make matters even worse, this washer is unbelievably loud. I have never owned a washer this loud. It sounds like something is seriously wrong with it every time it runs. The washer and dryer are both absolute garbage. Poor quality, terrible performance, mold, leaking, and unbelievably loud. I deeply regret purchasing this set and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Oh, it's so heavy no one will come and fix the issues. Save your money and buy something else. If I could give this product ZERO stars, I absolutely would.
